Treasure Box

Artist Laura Limbourg is largely inspired by her travels to Asia and the local vessels for storing miscellaneous ritual and other objects. The lid of the jar from the SIN collection is adorned by a black panther that symbolizes a guardian for the artist. The sculpture of a palm tree evoking exotic landscapes is another motif in her work. The object can serve as a jewelry holder and makes an interesting decoration for a cozy interior. The palm tree also symbolizes fertility and life.
